Legal Terms and Conditions:

Liability Waiver: Prior to commencing any fitness or personal training services, clients accept this as a liability waiver, acknowledging the inherent risks associated with physical exercise. Neither House of Ritual, LLC nor Korina Vaynter, shall be held liable for any injuries or damages sustained during or after the provision of services.

Personal Health and Medical Clearance: Clients are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns that may impact their ability to engage in physical exercise. A medical clearance may be required at the discretion of House of Ritual, LLC.

Confidentiality: Any personal or health-related information shared during the course of fitness and personal training services will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Studio Rules: Clients are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations of House of Ritual, LLC, as communicated.

Modification of Services: House of Ritual, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the fitness and personal training services with notice.

Renewal, Cancellation, and Refund Policies:

Renewal: Your fitness and personal training services are billed on a monthly basis, commencing from the date of your initial sign-up and valid the next 30 days. The billing cycle will NOT automatically renew, so you are responsible for paying every month to have access to our services.

Cancellation: Membership Packages can only be cancelled within 24 hours after purchasing and only if no sessions have been booked or taken. You can submit your cancellation request by email at: korina@houseofmoi.com. Cancellations for Drop In Sessions must be made with at least 48 hours notice to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy: Refunds will not be provided for any portion of a billing cycle, including unused sessions or services. In exceptional circumstances, disputes may be addressed on a case-by-case basis, subject to the discretion of House of Ritual, LLC.

By engaging in our fitness and personal training services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
